Laboring in the Vineyard

As Cody suspected he was sent to the 'ghetto' part of Milwaukee. The branch he is serving in is near a college. The rent is quite high so the their apartment is quite small. He spoke in church two Sundays ago, sending his notes with his weekly letter. On July 6th Cody turned twenty. He received the 'best birthday gift possible' when a investigator committed to baptism.

We decided to throw a birthday party in Cody's honor

The mission has requested that all mail come through the mission home so it can get to the Elder's in a timely manner. Please use the address posted on the left portion of the blog for the rest of his mission.

Happy Birthday Cody. Have fun in the ghetto. I guess you heard about Ryan getting his call. If you would like me mention anything at his farewell, just drop me a line.
